GO 3D: a high‑quality 3D‑printing filament made from recycled sterilization paper (BlueWrap) waste.
This BlueWrap is collected and transformed into recycled polypropylene (rPP) granules by our partner GreenCycl. From these rPP granules, we produce our GO 3D filament, ready for high quality 3D printing giving former medical waste a new purpose as a strong, durable printing material.

Our Modular Print Farm
At Van Straten Medical, we have our own in‑house print farm equipped with multiple 3D printers dedicated to producing GO products made from rPP. Our modular setup allows us to scale production instantly by adding additional printers, enabling rapid iteration, niche product development, and efficient, flexible manufacturing.
