VSM completes acquisition of Medical Repairs

As of the 1st of July 2012 Van Straten Medical acquired the company Medical Repairs, which is specialised in repair of endoscopes and surgical instruments as well as fixation of instruments.
The objective of this acquisition is to become trend setting in repair, maintenance, revision, fixation and track & trace of surgical instruments and endoscopes.
All services are offered according to industry norms, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and DIN conformity.
The acquisition provides the export department of Van Straten Medical with new services for distributors and medical industry.
